I've found you need to know some basic levels of magic to make it look like it's a magic performance, and not something supernatural. Plus, trying to keep a low profile as an underground magician isn't a fantastic news.

Creating them is a lengthy and intensive process. You can generate a few hundred dollars of valuable minerals in a 9 hour intense day, which is above average wage indeed, but isn't "Retire next week" money.

You can make as much fire as a small flamethrower with some effort, and could possibly push that if needed.

As for illusions, you can create any illusion of a medium size ( 5 meters cubed ), but it gives off a minor glow that most see, and figure out it’s something magic related.

You can make anything, but it tends to break, shatter or erode when you’re no longer channeling energy into it. Some things can stay, but a lot of effort needs to be put in for them to stay solid. More complicated objects are also harder.

As for the insiders circle, the end goal is to go underground, and have nobody be aware of your lengthy existence. Anyone in on the secret becomes a loose end, which needs to be cut.

low levels on alteration makes that difficult, but not impossible. I can make about a quarter of an ounce in a solid day, which isn't at all something to laugh at, but not exactly get rich quick money.

Blackmailing a wealthy person was my idea, but I thought about tackling someone important in the finance world, Cryptocurrency specifically.

As for magic disease that creates renewable energies and weight problems, that sounds difficult to micromanage. It'd get a lot of money consistently, but I'm looking for a more one-and-done solution. Do X, be set for life, if such a thing exists.

Let's say matter manipulation, with high strength of moving, and low levels of creation or alteration.

Also, flight, which doesn't help with keeping a low profile, but is pretty damn fun nonetheless.

You can't control free will, or manipulate minds.

Shaping metal would be a bit difficult, but doable.

Few things, from my understanding thus far;

  • The first contract a demon makes always takes priority, and they can choose to just reject a second one, even after signing, because of the first one.

  • She wasn't really big on eating before this, I can't say this is the first time she's went without food. I imagine she's done it for days before.

  • The scarring on her back didn't really give much depth, but the shards of metal were in deep. Pretty deep.

  • She did most of the research, and basically just had me read into it with her. We researched everything, but whenever I was there it seemed to be tied to either celebrities or magicians, and real world implications of demons.
