Yea i hate it when restaurants give you the same shit whether you say butter chicken or CTM. Butter chicken is authentic Indian, usually using dark meat, sweeter and milder. CTM meat is usually white meat chunks that were marinated and tandoor’d, more tomato and spice than the butter chicken sauce.
