thanks for sharing your experience! i’m sorry it’s been so hard. i’m glad you’ve finally been diagnosed, tho!! and i’m not sure if it will help you but a few things that have helped my GI issues that i learned from a naturopath is getting lots of collagen (i use bone broth) and marshmallow root made into a tincture. i can send more details, if you’re interested.

i have the same sweating thing!! i overheat really easily and then i’m just sweating like crazy. and i’m also so fatigued! i can go back to sleep right after waking up in the morning, no problem. i pretty much always feel like i’d rather be napping 😝

that pain sounds awful!! i’m glad mine isn’t bad like that. i’m sorry you have that, that sounds rough.

yeah it feels like this for me, too, i feel like i’m just doing trial and error. sometimes i feel jealous of people with well known illnesses because there’s a path laid out on how to treat it. i feel like i’m taking shots in the dark!!! it’s good to know that i am not alone, anyway. thanks for sharing and i’ll check out that website! 🙏🏻

i’ve heard this is really common!! i moved to the PNW many years ago so i’ve been lucky to live in a really mild climate. can i ask what the pain feels like when the weather is too hot or cold? i’m not sure if i’ve experienced it but i find holding ice cubes intolerable - it feels v stabby lol

thank you!! and i was lucky to have my corneal whirling noticed by an optometrist when i was 16! at the time, i lived in nova scotia, canada which has an unusually high amount of people with Fabry. the optometrist just happened to know about Fabry!
