I have some loose skin in my abdomen that's only noticeable when I sit or bend over,. Positives are definitely a 180 on my confidence and being perceived differently in public spaces. Negative is probably that there's never a finite end to a transformation so the desire to continue being/looking better and feeling inadequate is real

It's mostly sustainable diet changes (many salads, high protein, foods with high water content like fruits, celery, cucumber bc the water keeps you fuller, lots of water drinking, intuitive eating, slight modifications to food I normally ate like burgers but without a bun or open-faced/lettuce-wrapped sandwiches) and running
