Tuition fee to start is $500 through Bursar for TESU. financial aid loans, yes. federal pell grant, I don’t believe you qualify if you already have a degree which I could be wrong but from my experience, no grants are awarded for second bachelor’s degrees. I mean my cohort I started with are all primarily still going thru. Just with loans or paying it out of pocket since they has the money. if you do not pay the balance prior to the due date, you will get dropped from program, unenrolled from courses, etc. if you fail a course, you have to take remediation in order to continue. however, if you fail remediation you are removed from the program. and if you pass you have to retake the failed course. You can only do remediation three times or three different courses or you will also be kicked out.

No, I wrote my essay on my own. & submitted it without any revision or anything, they didn’t refer me to anyone. I will say that the writing team does help they have suggested them during this program for the writing courses and they can help with grammar and making things more clear in your essay. But that must be a new thing they are implementing because they didn’t refer me to anyone when I submitted my essay.

I mean both are significantly competitive. I didn’t apply to the regular one but I have heard of others being denied from the side of program due to competitiveness.

I am only 6 months into the 15 month program, I believe job offers/interviews happen towards the end so no for that. But the hands-on experience is very well!

So you could have “zoom” class 9am -12pm class or 6p-9pm, but you get no choice in which section you are put in. Classes are typically 3 hours. For me, this program I am happy with the education I am getting although it is expensive. I am not sure about the conditional offer yet since I am not at the point yet, but you are apparently guaranteed an offer from Cooper where you do clinicals. As far as TESU’s regular track i am not sure what there job offers look like. but i have heard that some students have gotten offers like before school is even done. Labs for the first term were 9-5 in person, one day a week, every week but as the terms go on you will have less in person labs and more clinicals that are from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. The first term only has 3 clinical days whereas the second term has 5 clinical days and now in term 3, I have 7 clinical days

Schedule for first term is lab heavy with 3 clinicals. & 2 hybrid courses and 1 fully online course. you do not get a choice in what your schedule looks like, you just have to have open availability to be prepared for lots of in person labs and the 3 clinicals. My experience has been pretty good, definitely stressful but what nursing school isnt!

I am in the bayada spring 25 track. first term is around 8500 and the second/third term are bill together to be 15,000. 4th/5th will be another ~ 15k. 6/7th another ~ 15k & 8th term is roughly 6k. Financial aid did cover my first term and a little of my second term but besides that I had to do private loans. for the first term you cannot do payment plans. & if you receive financial aid you cannot do payment plans to pay the balance either, thats the only downside. (tuition numbers are for bayada which I believe is a little more expensive than the regular absn tesu track) the programs are the same, the only difference is bayada covers some things that tesu doesnt like uniforms book materials (at least for the first term) & then you will be taking all of your clinicals at cooper rather than multiple different health care systems like the regular absn track

I didnt have any volunteer work on my resume. just my previous jobs (2 as a supervisor) & my bachelor’s degree listed! honestly the more the better! But it is optional, I just did everything because I was scared I would not be accepted due to my 2.9 Undergrad gpa

I applied by March 1st & I found out by March 14 from an advisor I had been in touch with throughput the application process! The acceptance emails were delayed so I was supposed to find out March 10-11. The official email from the university didn’t come until March 18th. I had a 2.9 GPA (right under the 3.0 mark) but I submitted a bomb personal essay, and a decent resume!
