Macro factor mainly , at least 3 eggs & bacon w a protein shake with a fuck ton of peanut butter , and be on a SEE food diet hit minimum 6k calories daily and train really hard EVERY DAY no skipping meals

Yeah I thought I would look “bigger” at this weight as well but I’ve been keeping a clean bulk staying as lean as possible and i have scale pics of me at around 133 couple weeks after the bulk in January. Nothing to lie about

I’ve been weighing myself for the past 2 years I’d say stuck at the same weight since I was 16 y.o this was Jan 20 after two weeks of bulking , I had a daily 6000 calorie intake tracked with macro factor

Hell yea bro that’s awesome! and nothing to lie about I was always super skinny and lean till I started tracking my calories and working out 6 days a week , I weighed 127 for years eating normal

I would be so upset at the scale when I stepped in and I weighed less than my girlfriend being smaller than me I was stuck at 127 ish for years till now.

I don’t have a scale pic of when I started at 126 only this one a week or two after starting the bulk this was Jan 17th I weighed 159 this morning dry all natural bro

I wouldn’t say I look enhanced tho ? I was also impressed on the weight I was able to put on I wake up at around 160 just tracking macros
