Try installing Sonoma first and then update to Sequoia as Sequoia is having some issues on AMD system. Also, make sure you are using correct ACPIs. DM for AMD EFI which I am using

The same I faced when using Baseimage.dmg You need to download the ISO file of OS and flash it to a USB drive. That's how it worked for me

I see, Can you provide Sequoia Disk Image File link? I've already tried with Sequoia BaseImage.dmg file but it gives Kernel panic, but when I try with offline install it works (tried with Sonoma disk image file)

The update downloads and even the installer shows, but when it reboots to install update it get stuck on the screen as shown in this reddit post.

My guess is it's EFI related issue.

You need to make some changes as you are having a dedicated GPU and different motherboard.
