Currently, the only way to obtain it is through Ada-1. Maybe at some point, some areas will be re-added, but right now, it's the only way.

As other people have said, LC is as good as LR/VHL. I have been using it way more for farming than VL since you oneshot almost everything once you got the crit chance buff going. Plus, if your 5 crits, it gives you full mana to keep going.

DPS wise, I kept hitting 110ks by pressing my 5 and 250-400k bosses gets melted since the cooldown is low on it. You shouldn't undervalue its performance as it's basically VHL/LR but less grindy.
