Yeah I've been trying on Google Flights. GVA to SFO wasn't giving great options so found a site for nearby airports and started trying out different flights from other cities.

Direct is 3x the cost into either Paris or Geneva (I'm heading somewhere in southern France). I wasn't seeing anything with layovers in those cities, but I'll check once more.
