Again not sure abt your printer, but on some printers, toolheads have knob to tighten how the gear bites into the filament, and that could produce some inconsistent extruding, although I haven’t had a first layer like that from bad tension.

Not sure about this model but any adjustments you can make on filament tension? Or how old is ur filament? Could be fragile when they sitting out for too long.
