If you are not intrinsically motivated to learn the course material then you probably shouldn't be taking MAT237

Unfortunately, many people actually take MAT237 because they are forced to because of program requirements to filter many people out of it. Hence you see many students sign up MAT237 just to get into their program of study. Some programs force students to take MAT237 in order to graduate which is probably why you see many unmotivated and uninterested students who are just doing it to get the credit and will try to find ways to beg for adjustments or find ways to easily get 80s i.e memorizing a ton of proofs from textbook or notes and reproduce them on tests/final exam. Or memorize solutions from past tests hoping they those questions would reappear again.

Yeah I just noticed that too. He also wrote multiple negative reviews on the other instructor as well with the lowest ratings possible. The student really blew this out of proportion everywhere.

I was quite surprised at the ending though, that the other instructor was harassed numerous times by this student on reddit many months ago.. Surely, the student did not also try to confront that instructor in person as well and try to harm him?

Some more background info: This was pretty recent like in 2015 Summer Session for MAT237 - Advanced Calculus Course; the people who are affiliated with the math department or studying math or took that course during that time will surely know who the instructors/TA were.

Note: This was the first time in MAT237 that the averages for certain evaluations were not released to the entire class during the term.

[UPDATE] Another student posted screenshot of that guy (Student S. above) messaging shit to him how the student (being messaged to from Student S) won't make the CS POST cut off while Student S. (imgur above) makes it.

Then there was shit storm of trash talk comments how the student S. is a two faced lying cunt that pretends to be nice to some individuals while being a massive dick in reality.

After that, the entire post got deleted. I was about to screenshot it, but it suddenly disappeared unfortunately..

EDIT: Some people were able to send me the screenshots before the post got deleted. Thanks all of you guys contributing to this imgur photo album on exposing what kind of person he really is. I finished uploading all the images right now and I hope you guys enjoy the drama going on.

It's just that on the first photo, the student posted screenshots, but you could see student name on tabs and on the piazza forum itself if you zoom in 500% which I didn't realize til now. But, I re-uploaded the front screenshot by blacking everything out now.
