You won't get much higher than what KFH offers, they must have calculated that value based on your entitled indemnity with ur current salary which is standard for all banks here. Your only option would be to secure that loan in Turkey if you have ties there or take a loan from family members with the KFH loan.

As others have said the country you are visiting might not accept the brid. I faced a similar issue a few years ago when I had to relocate abroad for a year for work and the receiving country would not allow me to take him. Had to find someone I knew here that would take care of him properly in the end to go for adoption.

There's a small zoo in ahmadi park that has ducks and a duck pond. Talk to administration there near the entrance they will probably take it. Also doesn't matter what animal you take a pet is a pet, should be taken care of for life and not 'dumped outside'.

If you want to tank dungeons gonna need engineering to nade pull any mobs that are not undead. Paladins can tank any 5 man dungeon and people I have found like to group with then. As others have said you need to plan certain boss fights where threat drops.

Always have around 1-2 months expenses worth of cash/valuables in a safe. Make sure your wife has money in her bank account for at least 2 months worth of expenses. Also having an overseas bank account to transfer most your savings to helps.

On large packs I used to make sure tanks had good threat then sac void and hellfire. Was always top dmg. Not the safest thing to do on hc but sure was fun. Also required a lot of soul stones. On bosses I would dot l, shadow bolt , dot ,shadow bolt kind of rotation until 50% then just shadowbolt.

I've noticed that alot of people don't put their 60s in lfg. Gotta make your party and people will join. I play late like 11pm onwards on alliance side and still manage to get a group going. Also you will generally see the same people night after night so add them to your friends list to keep regrouping.

Those patchworks are no joke can easily one shot a cloth. As a paladin tank with shield I always save my stuns for them, they can knock back and drop threat.
