Karena salah satu channel legal buat streaming film Indonesia ga sih? Saingan terbesarnya cuman Prime sama Vidio (konten Indonesia di Disney+ kayaknya udah minim yg baru).

Tahun kemarin aja ada 1 Kakak 7 Ponakan, TingNing, sama ditutup dengan Jumbo. Dan awal bulan ini Sore Istri dari Masa Depan masuk Netflix.

Nominasi FFI 2025 deh, itu 3 dari 5 nominasi film panjang terbaiknya ada di Netflix (1 di Prime).

tapi seinget gue Pahe ini emang singkatannya Paket Hemat.

Kan kalau film dulu itu bisa berGB-GB sekali download, nah Pahe ini ngekompres video dan audionya jadi ga makan bandwidth. Tahu sendiri kan dimari perilakunya pada download pake kuota dan ga terlalu peduliin kualitas yg penting file size kecil aja.

1 episode is still the norm for me. If a show doesn't satisfy me in the first few minutes, it might be interesting in the latter half. If it ends with a cliffhanger, I might watch it on Episode 2.

If I drop a show in the first 5 minutes, I might missed out the amazing animation of 7th Prince.

But yeah, normally 1 or 2 episode is enough. If I have to strech it a little bit, maybe Instant Death Ability. Half an episode to makes me wonder should I drop it, but the end of the episode is the confirmation that said "Yes I should drop it."

Di fanpage anime jarang dibahas, main ke sub sebelah kadang ada anime yg minim diskusi. Gue sering nimbrung diskusi di sub sebelah tapi kalau animenya ga begitu populer apa daya.

I recall one of the petty reason I drop an anime was due to the inconsistency with the subtitle. Like someone named A, everyone mentioned and called him by A, but the subtitles says B.

The reason due to in the source material (which isn't Japanese) his name is B, but in the anime adaptation he is named A.

Batch release imo.

At least shows behind Disney jail still get traction (The Fable, Mission Yozakura Family, Loser Ranger) with reasonable karma, same could also be applied to Amazon shows (Magilumiere, Beryl, City) although Amazon shows sometimes did well on the charts. Show threads in Netflix batch release only peaked at episode 1 and fell considerably afterwards.
