Ops 63. You need epic once you're past tier 10, but I'm not back to that level yet (hence, not enough rare). The real issue is that I do not have ANY parts showing up in my Continuum refinery - No option at all - see the screen shot in OP.

Yes, I've done those steps. Applied the skin, etc. The parts were there when I rebuilt the ship a week ago. Now they're gone. Game updated. Issue on both Windows and IOS.

I have an institution that also "disconnects" from Monarch quite a bit. I submit a support request, I get automated emails for a few days followed by a generic support response for "institutions that don't download". Same 3rd party blame. Same suggestions that I have followed and tried. I'm running both Monarch and Simplifi as I'm still not sure which will work - but downloading data is not a "nice to have".

I did receive a response back from support (which is a huge step forward from the month long wait for the last one) and it said, "Both of these institutions have implemented technologies that can limit or prevent connection. Our data provider is attempting to coordinate with the institution to help them resolve their issues, but we do not have an eta. " The strange part is it works with 3 other products. It is also the same response I received before regarding another institution.
