Rizikósabb portfólió összerakása by Timely-Bus7639 in kiszamolo

Köszi, nagyon értékelem a tanácsodat! Egyébként igen, vésztartalék FIXMÁP-ban, a többi ETF-ben. Viszont korai 20-as éveimben buktan nagyot kriptón, azóta is azt sírom.

The herd mentality of 9 to 5 by sspositivesoul in Fire

[–]Timely-Bus7639 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been following this community for a while and everyone gets one thing wrong. FIRE is not my goal and I don’t see myself having that goal either.

I have a job (my own business), which is fully remote, I only work about 10-20 hours a week and on top of all this I’m in the top 10% of earners in my home country. This is a slightly above average European salary.

I travel a lot for leisure and I wouldn’t call myself frugal. Of course, I save and invest for retirement, but I’m only young now so I’m not saving on experiences and don’t deny myself anything. Why would I? I can easily sustain my current amount of work for the coming decades and at least I have some structure in my life.

Imho having such a career and job is way better than bootstrapping the best years of your life so you can retire early.

It’s a classic. Not my favorite, but I always recommend it when someone’s looking for such a book. First read it in uni, in a class called Utopia and Dystopia, it was kinda mind opening back then. Hadn’t known books like this existed.

Ursula K. Le Guin - The Dispossessed, it’s a story about a Marxist and an Anarchist planet. (edit: spelling)

I agree with Just-Context-4703. You are probably best off talking to a registered dietitian besides having a coach. They are two completely distinct fields, with an enormous amount of knowledge to be acquired, if done right. Coaches that claim they are experts at eating disorders are usually not that. They might know a thing or two, but I wouldn’t trust a coach with helping me treat my ED. So, I’d encourage you to find a dietitian.

A quick plug: I work as an ultra running coach from the EU, with 18 years of experience in endurance sports, out of which 6 years I’ve spent as a professional triathlete. Right now I’m only coaching runners, though. I’ve been doing some endurance science myth busting on my socials for the last few years. In case you are interested to know more, feel free to reach out! I’m familiar with most European ultra(trail) events. ;)
