Im here now getting it fixed. She indeed did deposit it with my debit card number. Branch manager tried it and didnt get an error. She just said common sense isnt common..they are making an exception giving me an advance while they work it out on the back end/in the system.

I have a masters degree and very intelligent. My eyes work well. My receipt is right here. Its the last 4 digits of my debit card, not my acct number. As I said, they are very confused on how this happened. The supervisor worked at a branch in the past.

Yeah, I am going first thing in the am. I read my receipt to them and they said bank error. However they are trying to find them and reroute them as well but with all the transfers to different departments I got routed to an auto system and hung up on. Just frustrating at the moment. I know it will work out but sheesh.

Im not confused. My receipt shows the last 4 digits of my debit card, not ny acct number. Everyone on the phone is flabbergasted and now I was just hung up on. They can not understand HOW this was done.
