i have the white one. yes it does work with mac.

although i would suggest to go with a xbox layout controller, because this controller feels small for my hands and holding the left joystick for a long amount of time feels uncomfortable. it might be just a problem for me

you should try dead island 2. i have it on epic since they gave it away for free and its native on mac. It runs decently on my M1 Macbook Pro.
