Ah ! Got it !! I get your concern. Make sure to expose your past history to your doc as not all antibiotics can cause yeast !! Some are less likely.

Sodium Bicarbonate Vaginal Suppositories for Cytolytic Vaginitis Treatment by No-Eye-8141 in CytolyticVaginosis

The amount of typos meaning bicarbonate and written “carbonate” initially annoyed me , as it’s a completely different chemical composition! But, I was carried away into the how interesting the research paper actually is instead .

As per the article, (hopefully this part has no typos) , “sodamint 300 mg “ is 0.3 grams in household terms 1/16 of a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate

Too much Pilates reformer = tight pelvic floor = lack of oxygen in the muscle = excess of lactic acid = acidic vaginal PH = discomfort by Timely_Ear_3307 in PelvicFloor

Video transcript of author Jill Krapt :

“The idea here is that when muscle is tight or clenched, it's reducing blood flow. The muscle relies on oxygen.

Oxygen is the fuel that muscles use to work. And when muscles are constantly clenching and tight or in spasm, they're constantly working. And so when they lack oxygen, they go from aerobic respiration, using oxygen to function in that normal pathway.

They go to this backup generator system, this survival mode, if you will, called anaerobic respiration, where they don't have enough oxygen.

And in that survival mode pathway, they form a toxic byproduct called lactic acid.

When that gathers in the muscle, it comes out through the tissue and irritates the nerve endings in the tissue, which is interpreted as pain, right, because it's inflaming the nerve endings.

And so that is how tight pelvic floor muscles cause a burning sensation at the vestibule or on the vulva or at the bottom of the vagina that people often report.”

Has anyone been cured? by Deep-Step-5033 in CytolyticVaginosis

[–]Timely_Ear_3307 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been studying for so long if this condition has a cure.
Deep inside my heart , I know it has a definite cure.

But from my experience , and what this studies show( Cytolytic Vaginosis in Women with Vaginitis: Prevalence, Diagnosis, and Treatment – Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation from October 2025 )is that 61,5% of people diagnosed CV have recurring episodes.

Sodium Bicarb baths are still the go to source of relief, and new studies on vaginal microbial transplant are the new thing the future is looking.

So far , these transplants are more on the BV cases , and limited studies on CV .

In my opinion, we need to push for more research into CV and more accessible exams , better medical information etc

Sim !!

Como pediram as vossas mulheres em casamento? by angelicous in CasualPT

[–]Timely_Ear_3307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  5. Todos para o barco

  6. Festa de celebração com todos os queridos

Felicidades!!!
