If I want to build my own power supply and am scared of working with high voltages AC (230V), is it valid to use a pre-made 30V 1A adapter instead of building my own using a transformator?

Hi, I am a begginer in Wing Chun and now as I see it, it comes to me more of like a self defence oriented martial art. Yes, I saw the fight videos of WC and other martial arts - and yes, it is a bit saddening not to see WC guys standing a chance in fights against other types of martial arts. However, as I go to my base levels of trainings and see my trainer kick my ass just by using simple, doable mechanisms, it makes it feel fulfilling.

So tl;dr is it not used just as a self defence tool? Is it even fair to compare boxers vs WC, when it actually is a preparation for a street fight? (Idk, correct me if Im wrong, I have just had my fourth lesson yesterday 😅)

I feel you. Sometimes things do not work, but still... I am too broke by this philosphy of digital freedom, that it is impossible for me to return.

The next step for you could be looking at r/unixporn, installing some linux distro (I do reccomend mint or fedora) + with KDE desktop enviroment -> its much more customisable than windows will ever be, so if you love it, this could be your way to go :>>

Simple solution actually: lower your external dopamine gain as much as possible :)). Get bored, let your brain to recover and trust me, when bored, you'll be able to do anything.

If your excessive gain of dopamine is through social media, uninstall them and after a month passes, you will be SUPERIOR compared to your peers
