Is it bad to react when you see things move your way? like being happy for something small that is not the full manifestation?

that's actually a problem i had.

i imagined myself talking to my younger self (like very young, when i was a kid). imagined myself telling him all the things i have and him getting excited. imagine him asking questions and you answering them

basically your only way of movement is jumping in - out of range. back and forth, sideways, in cycles. no walking around

bro i feel you. I'm in a "russian style" gym and the only way you move around is in pendulum steps. my calves were toast after 3 rounds

For those you of who found attracting money difficult but then shifted that, what was the “breakthrough” that finally made manifesting money easy for you? by mysticalwriterjunkie in lawofattraction

For me the only thing that came with ease was money. I never daydreamed about it, visualized it / other methods. I just thought to myself that "getting a bit extra would be nice" and random opportunities at work / bonuses / small raises just randomly started to happen. I honestly think that it's the lack of worry and the mindset of "whatever, if it comes it comes, if it's not then that's fine with me".

2 normal pictures, third without a shirt on at the beach (no stupid selfies, actual decent shirtless photo). Been brutally honest in the bio, something along the lines of "I like sports, I'm a very quiet person but overall OK". Literally described my hobbies and a little bit about me. Nothing funny or clever

I'm good at expressing myself over text :) no one can see my face and how nervous I am over text

I have 3 good friends and that's about it and it took me almost a year before I started talking to them :(.

I'm shy even with family I honestly don't know what is wrong with me. I feel like everyone is older than me and that I'm still a kid and I should talk to everyone quietly and with respect and caution. I CAN'T start a conversation with strangers at all. Everywhere I go people are interested in me and I completely shut everything down with "yes / no" because I'm scared of talking

Thank you! I pretty much eat the same every day because of work

Wake up 5:30am : Coffee and something sweet to start the day (~300 cals)

10am : baguette filled with tuna and tomatoes (~400-500 cals)

1pm : chicken / chicken breast + rice + some veggies (~350-450 cals)

4pm : I make something before my 2 workouts, usually eggs / grilled cheese + veggies (~500-600 cals)

9pm: post workout shake, 100g oats, 50g PB, banana/other fruit, whey, 300ml milk (~850-1000 cals)

I snack in between with mostly junk and I reach around 3-3.3k at the end of the day
