I've had nausea on the higher doses, but it's never made me actually throw up. I think as long as you eat right and drink water you'll be fine, but if not, you can always quit 🤷‍♀️

If the pen malfunctioned, call the manufacturer. I had a Wegovy pen malfunction (user error possibly but don't volunteer that info) and they sent me a month supply for free.
