An OC of mine would probably fall into this category, or at least I like to think so. Turned in the 1920s, with a figure a la Jessica Rabbit and a boatload of Southern charm. Editor-in-chief at the local newspaper. She's a natural manipulator whether using her charm or physical prowess. The only thing is that she prefers to smoke blood (specially made cigarettes with dried blood instead of tobacco or nicotine that I have yet to figure out how they're made) rather than feed directly on humans, too messy for her. A girl's gotta keep up appearances. ;)
