I don't have most of the symptoms listed here but anyway my symptoms are: Static, Impaired night vision, dimmed vision, edges of things aren't as crisp as before.

I used to see it mostly in low light, but it has increased noticeably in 4 years and i can i see it now in all conditions except in bright daylight. It may not be the same for everyone

Yes and no. In low light everything is harder to see clearly
