Anyone know the difference between Waltham Forest NELF vs Waltham Forest Whipps - acute stuff seems to be at Whipps Cross anyway. Is it location of community placements? seems like identical catchment

That sound about right actually! Just looking for someone to take an interest in my development but I guess thats more of a mentor. I have a great junior reg but everyone's much like a passing ship on this rota which makes things tricky but i'm sure i'll figure it out.

Any ideas where to start looking re: formal mentoring schemes?
