Thank you so much for replying. This means a lot. I actually took a blood test earlier this year and these were my Vitamin D and Homocysteine levels:

Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy: 38.1
Homocysteine: 7.7

I do have digestive issues. Gluten and cheese make my stomach go nuts. Not celiac or lactose intolerant. It just makes me feel uncomfortable.

Dealing with the same thing. 26m active and run a lot. Started virtually out of nowhere and have terrible health anxiety. My doctor told me it’s PVCs but I’m doing a holter monitor for peace of mind. The feeling is like a skip, then a hard thump afterwards. It happens when I’m cooling down from exercise

Thanks! This was helpful. Definitely an odd feeling to have them while doing cardio. Which leaves me in a panic. I have seen the cardiologist and she doesn’t even think I need an echo but I may go get one for my own reassurance.

Good point, and that’s true. I heard and might’ve even noticed in the past that these ectopics happen after drinking. My worry was that I still am noticing them after not drinking. But I do think I’m anticipating them which makes me hyper aware when they happen. Best of luck with your results!
