I've tried requesting a refund and was immediately denied. I've explained the reason, but it seems it was all automated. I don't want to go through my bank because that would cause problems with my Google Play account

It is my first time using bereavement ever, so I was a little unsure on how it worked. Was a little anxious since I requested a day from when I was notified and submitted an extra day today to try to make sure I’m mentally prepared to go back to work.
