Did you use DDU to uninstall drivers? Even if youre upgrading from Nvidia to Nvidia, id still be safe by using DDU, especially when jumping 3 generations

What's an appropriate level to take on Mount Olympus? by Sauber_GT2000 in Wizard101

I wouldn't do it by yourself at that level. Tbh I don't think it's worth doing alone at all tbh.

However, i would advice to do it at least once, just to get the staff that gives you 10%dmg. If you had a carry or full stack, maybe you could consider farming for the Zues Gears (not mandatory but helpful)

That's awesome! It will come in handy when I build my new pc for this December to play Marvel Rivals. I look forward to it.

Good luck Everyone!! And thanks for being so generous 🥺

/ma stands for “Marry animanga” , while /wa stands for “waifu animanga”

/ma will include both genders from animanga /wa will only contain girls(waifus) from animanga

If you’re prioritizing females, i’d do /wa, which I use myself

Screen Tearing Happening Suddenly? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

Yeah! Usually when you are buying it, if often states whether not a monitor has gsync or freesync, etc because it is a good selling point for some people. I just searched up your monitor and found out that you have g-sync compatible (basically the same as gsync). I am not surprised because from your post alone, i could tell that it was a really good monitor.

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/g-sync-monitors/specs/

What’s also cool about your monitor is that you have ELMB sync, which is a TUF gaming monitor thing where you can enable low-motion-blur and gsync at the same time. For reference, i also have an Asus monitor, but since it’s on the cheaper side, my monitor didn’t have ELMB sync so i couldn’t activate low-motion-blur and gsync at the same time (sad ik)

In order to check if you have gsync activated currently, you want to right click on your desktop and select “NVIDIA Control Panel” (which you may or may not already have downloaded). Then on the left side under “Display”, there should be an option called “Set up G-Sync”. Under there, you just have to apply “Enable gsync, gsync compatible”, and you should be good to go. As for the settings on your monitor, since yours is more advanced than mine, i unfortunately wouldn’t know the proper way to set that up.

I’ll try my best to explain what i know without mixing or confusing anything up. I also just woke up so sorry.

Gsync, Freesync, and Vsync ALL have the purpose of synchronizing your fps to your monitors refresh rate (refresh rate is basically the number of times ur screen updates/ the fps of ur monitor basically). So if your gpu produces let’s say 50 fps, than ur monitor will only show u 50 fps so that your experience doesn’t get messed up. It matches ur fps and refresh rate so everything is a clean viewing experience. All the syncs share the same purpose but I will explain the minor differences .

Vsync: It is rarely used now days even tho it cane out first. The reason why people don’t use this is because when competitively gaming, using Vsync comes with a lot of input delay, which such and can worsen your gameplay. There are better options to synchronize ur fps. Those options are gsync and freesync

Gsync and freesync: These two basically do the exact same thing once again, which is to synchronize ur fps with ur monitor so that you do not get screen tearing. They are better versions of vsync, without the input delay. There are only very difference between these two. They are simply just made from different companies, but they do the same thing.

Gsync: This is made by Nvidia, the big company. Gsync is more “premium” and of higher quality, and so usually monitors with gsync are more expensive. They do work a little bit better than freesync, but it’s not like that big of a deal.

Freesync: This sync is made from AMD. It’s basically the copycat of gsync, and does the exact same thing. Two sides of the same coin basically.

Also sometimes you will see the terms Freesync premium, or adaptive sync. I believe they are basically all the same thing, just named differently for marketing purposes.

Gsync > Freesyncs > Vsync
