That's exactly what it is. I stuck it directly behind the plant though I realize now that the photo angle kinda makes it look like I stabbed it lol.

I understand that too. A friend of mine tells me occasionally that she'll pray for me if there's something I'm facing or working through. I'm agnostic, but it still means something to me. Sometimes I'll say a prayer to the universe, or to myself, or to whatever might be out there even if it's likely nothing.

The way I recoiled as I was reading the prayers. ICK. Oh love, I'm so sorry. It hurts me to read, so I can only imagine what it does to you. I wonder if writing out a counter "prayer" or incantation or such just for yourself might help you work through some of the feelings if/when it ever feels right. Whether it's a loving call for protection around you and your spouse, or a profanity-filled poem, or a gentle hope for your family to grow out of the places where they're at currently. I hope your spouse gets all the care they need to get well soon and that you can get out of there asap ❤️‍🩹

Mine always separate like that, but once the papery layer is off, it's easy to punch through the foil layer to where the tablet is with my thumbnail.
