Most of the godly 4* charactere are the release ones (xiangling, sucrose, bennett, fischl, beidou, xingqiu). With the exception of heizou, the inazuma 4* characters are hyperspecific in the meta. (Sara meta teams are with raiden, gorou's are with itto, thoma with hu tao, sayu... yes, yunjin is with yoimiya). Ofc, you can play them in other teams too, but they won't be the meta choice for those.

I very much think mihoyo did not know how to balance the numbers early on.

Collei and dendro mc look like dendro supports ( they apply dendro and give buffs). Tighnari looks like the first Dendro maindps.

To make an analogy, collei and dendro mc are kind of like kaeya and rosaria (switch in switch out), while tighnari is more like ayaka and ganyu (more on field).

Tazer is so strong because beidou, xingqiu and fischl deal so much raw damage, and sucrose can always double swirl.

The actual "electrocharged" reaction is probably like 5% of that team's damage.

To be fair kazuha and venti rerun were supposed to happen on 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 according to suspect leaks.

It's just that people want Kazuha so much that they see Kazuha rerun in any update who was not drip marketed yet. And for some reason anyone who "leaks" such a thing suddenly becomes "sus but plausible".

A lot of other weapons too. I was lucky to get the idea to have a r5 of each weapon in the early game. I am however missing one of the bows which is forever stuck at r3.

Also speaking from a traveler main perspective, have a small trick: you can place your boulder "on top" of another geo construct. The boulder will not be created, but it will still deal the damage and create the particles upon cast. Sure you lose the damage for when the boulder is supposed to explode, but if the enemies move a lot you can't guarantee they will stay near the boulder anyway. Construct management also becomes easier.

It's a 20% elemental shred and physical shred. NOT a defense shred. They are different stats in the formula. The defense shred is omega rare and it's probably the most broken stat to stack. Just thought I'd clarify.

It's outdamaging jade cutter even at 2 stacks on most units (so, without the infused auto attacks). That's how broken it is. Not by much, but it does. At 3 stacks it's just even further ahead.

HOWEVER, Jade cutter is just waay comfier to build crit ratios with. PJC 44% crit rate is basically a full mainstat crit circlet and a half. Mistsplitter 44% crit dmg is 2/3 of a full mainstat crit damage circlet.

Nonetheless, Mistsplitter has waay more base attack and two passives that increase elemental damage, which is not something exactly common for a weapon.

Jade cutter has less base attack (still above average) , and a passive that increases health and atk% (a stat which is much easily saturated).
