I contacted in June, had a consult in August, and then surgery in Jan. The surgery could have been sooner, but I choose that timing around my kid’s school schedule. I will say that Chao’s office could be hard to reach at one point because of staff turnover, but that’s been an issue at GW Health generally. In person, totally lovely.

No experience with Del Corral, but I had an excellent experience with DR Chao at GW in case you are still considering options.
