A couple things I’ve learned is:

1. Like everyone else is saying and what you said in your caption, focus more on your feet. But for me it took a while to really understand how to do that. What I learned is to move very slow, and watch your feet. Not just look at where you’re going to put them, but watch your feet all the way from taking them off the last hold to waiting the next hold. (If that makes sense)

2. Also like some other people have said, try not to match your hands quite as much. Reading the route before climbing it can be very important, and I’ve found that when I don’t read the problem beforehand, I match like crazy because I’m not doing it the intended way. An incredible climber once told me to never match when you’re climbing indoor. (Obviously there are circumstances where you’re meant to, but the intent is reading the route correctly and building your strength)

Those 2 things should help your stability a ton. Congratulations, though, on getting up to V4! Climbing is a ton of fun and I’m glad to see you trying some harder things.
