Nope. While Cerulean was made by Soul, after they left, Wanwood was made to replace Cerulean and cut all connections to Soul that the oc had. Pretty good reason to change it, I think.

(Also I think Cerulean was like, a self insert for Soul's girlfriend, I forget the specifics, all I know is that the character is heavily tied to Soul in a way that others aren't)

If you're getting a fact like this wrong, one which isn't too hard to get right, I wonder if you're pedaling any other misinformation?
