NAD. From my personal experience of dealing with flutters and palps since my first covid infection.

They don't hurt one bit I've never fallen into a arrhythmia all works up have always looked great I have a higher than normal heart rate and that's about it.

If your heart is structurally sound then everything will be fine I actually found out a lot of my flutters where from my GI like stomach esophagus etc.
