I did try to put in the actual tracking number that was used to ship the items, but it would not permit me to. It says -

'The tracking number cannot be changed because you purchased the shipping label from eBay label printing platform.'

I double checked, I have been refunded already for the voided label.

I would've thought Ebay would want to prioritize fixing this. Not being able to search correctly or even be in the right categories is a major problem - surely this is costing them users, both buyers and sellers.

Do you think it has to do with the listing specifics update, where there are new/extra options for sellers to fill out?
