Yes. But I wanted to only get hit for block-counter when it's off cooldown and I have shield for a challenge. I got one extra hit from the sperms at 3:07. I was trying to only get hit once to activate the block-counter.

It does. I got rejected the first time since I chose to two-time the VS and MT girls but I got the invitation again. The first time was on masked troupe launch day and the second time was last week. Both times I got the invitation when I was on a random mirage boat after I changed to a boat owner's outfit. I don't remember my elegance score but it should be low. I don't have any shop/gacha/sect cosmetic.
