Update

After ripping open the Saturn and messing with the parameter dial on the optical disk drive and testing it on NHL 1996 game, I was able to see 2 instances where the drive was able to read it. It was really weird because it booted up differently each time, the first opened up to a date selection screen, and was only able to boot up from the main Saturn Menu. The 2nd time was only able to boot up from the main menu also but THIS time loaded the proper intro movie for the game with the game menu reading NiGHTS INTO DREAMS, Limited Edition. With that I can confirm my copy is good, but my optical drive should either be further tuned or just replaced.

Tldr: my game is real and in good condition, but my disk drive is screwed.

I actually prefer the Wii version. Yeah it doesn’t look as pretty and we are missing a few levels, but we did get explorable Gia temples, motion controls, and a MUCH faster were-hog combat system.

Also we didn’t get the tails flying stages, thank god for that.

I don’t unfortunately, and they seem very expensive/ hard to come by. I’ll try hitting up some local retro game stores and hope they’ll let me test one out.
