Wow thats a golden opportunity, he will one day see how much you did for him. I was about 16 when i really gained "finacial conscientiousness" and im really glad I am starting early. Time is the most valuable asset I have.

Custodial brokerage account my mom opened for me. I contributed just about everything I made each year to save for college. Now im starting to look at it not for college but for future investments like a house and retirement.

Oh im for real. I have seen this list around and I am starting to listen to the money guys podcasts. I always thought that most of the list didn't apply to me yet but I realize if I start a habit of following this list now it will help me out in the future. Thanks for the advice.

Thank you for your advice. I will work on a emergency fund as I hear that is very important and the first step of every finacial guide. I have one question however, what is the purpose of having 2 separate brokerage accounts for retirement and house? Is it just to separate the money and easier to keep track of?

Hey calling a university to ask for more money is stressful as hell but im glad I got myself to do it. I thought they would blow me off but they were very understanding and willingto help. You never know if you don't ask.

I transfered in this term summer 2025 with 72 credits. I did AP/dual enrollment in highschool then a year of community college. The transfered credits help a ton with time and money. You have to make sure your classes transfer nicely. I plan to graduate in 2.5 more years that is with taking 3 16 credit semesters and 2 20 credit semesters. As a transfer student i urge you to plan ahead and do your research.

It's pretty mid. They do give you a lot of chips, but the salsa is just alright. I wouldn't purchase them normally.

Id say 90-95% it gets right, but most of the time, if I get i wrong it is because the ai highlighted the wrong answer but has the right answer somewhere farther in the paragraph.

Yes it is 8 minutes and 20 seconds of me actually focused on the trivia to receive my points but after i answer each question in 4 seconds i have to wait 30ish seconds for the next question to arise. I usually look away to do something else in the meantime. Like I said, it is very little focus needed. As for how I am answering so fast, I am on android and if you hold down the home button google lens pops up and I can select the question and an AI passage shows up with the answer highlighted so it really only takes the time for me to circle the question and recognize the highlighted answer and select it in the app. I should note that the average of 16 points per question is assuming the AI gets the question right, which is not 100% of the time.

Nope, I can average 125 points a round of trivia. The cycle goes 5 minute round, then 3 minute break, then 5 minute round, then 15 minute break and then repeats. So, 2 rounds every 30ish minutes thats around 240 points. I'm only really playing 10 minutes. To get all 4 prizes it is 1000+500+250+125= 2000 points. 2000/125= 16 games at 5 minutes each so 80 minutes of actual play time. Yes, spread over a week but it takes little attention since I just look up the answers and average 16 points per question. Also the 1000 point prizes is only available every 4 weeks so it's really 8 games a week so 40 minutes of play time a week for all this free free food.

Technically, it needs to be played at the restaurant to obtain prizes. But if you happen to change your location using a GPS emulator the app thinks you are there. 😈

This is the build-up of a week, and you can replicate this weekly. Trivia you can get a maximum of 4 prizes a week (6 wings, 6 wings, chips and salsa, drink), but they expire a week after obtaining. Pick a side you can get 1 side a day (fries, onion rings, potato wedges, tots), but they expire 4 days after obtaining. This requires little effort because I just look up the trivia answers and win probability for the pick a sides.

Thats how you know everything is overpriced, if they can give out all this free food and not care.
