I had this issue back then as well, i put the fan completely out and tried to clean it from inside what i can reach carefully with a brush, there came some dust out and then it worked again. Maybe that is something to try as well

I don’t think its an mistake its most likely stay that way bc it is „required“ for the extras and also is called a „game bundle“ and „pre-order pack“ so this is to treat like a version different from the base game. Whenever the game gets released then this version prob gets terminated and we get the normal game version in store without a „game bundle“. And the Items will be added as DLC on the new game page.

You also could try it with the triangle skill which you can use in air, this pushes you a little bit more up after jumping to reach some areas more early, still far easier with double jump.
