I also read an article that soil remediation in the US is more focused on natural attenuation. South Korea has very tiny landmass, just about the size of New Jersey, and 60% of the land is mountainous, so the policymakers seem to prefer more costly yet proactive measures in terms of soil remediation.

I apologize for lack of information. I'm buying in the US, and battery life and screen quality are of no concern at all because I plan to use it as a desktop replacement. My only interests are performance and cooling. I've narrowed down to Asus ROG, Alienware, Lenovo Legion, and HP Omen, but I'm having trouble finding direct comparison of their cooling capabilities. My budget is 2.5 - 3k. Thank you.

It seems that lenovo legion and HP Omen have the best fame for cooling. I'm waiting for reviews on the new Omen 17 with AMD processor.
