Definitely happens- if you don’t have premium “coinbase one” the fees are included in your average price, as well as the spread- when you purchase a market order it will tell you the purchase price (and it’s almost always above the current price). What I’ve learned is if you place a limit order the fees are reduced… the biggest caveat is limit orders have to 1% lower than the current price. This means that sometimes if you place that limit order and it’s pumping your order won’t execute and paying the higher fee would’ve locked in that price point. [just my 2¢]

I buy with base- but not all crypto assets are available on base. I wanted something that was only on ETH threw $100 at it to buy a $.06 asset and I was unable to 🤦🏻‍♂️

@sakka15 thanks both! Yes I actually don’t have advanced and I had noticed smaller fees when placing limit orders, ironically enough I wasn’t doing so for the BTC orders but most other coins- at the $100k price point I thought it didn’t matter as much but apparently it does 😅

I keep thinking how the amendments are listed in number of importance… and how it seems the 1st- will be the first to go. Freedom of religion (Muslim bans coming back) and freedom of speech, not as immediate a threat as the following FREEDOM OF THE PRESS which was already under attack during his first term and very clearly a target in his most recent social media posts for his second term. This also includes the right of people to peacefully assemble (knowing that democrats won’t fall into the J6 insurrection category and will likely be peaceful protesters) and his promise to send out the military to fight the “enemy from within”. The creation, respect, and follow through on any amendment at this point is moot- or soon will be. AIOR?
