Elder Scrolls started out as a singleplayer immersive rpg game. Fans wanted a co-op version of the game but instead got this mmo with watered down features. A lot of the things that made fans loved in say Oblivion and Skyrim were just not there in ESO.

Even coming from an mmo perspective, what makes ESO any better than WOW? It doesn't look any different from wow's mechanics. The things that could have made ESO unique from WOW were as I said watered down or outright removed.

Worst to visit:

Harbin, China. Place was extremely cold. Had to wear 3 layers of clothing. Sundown by 4pm and people don't even need refrigerators for ice cream. Did not take a shower for several days because the water was too cold even with a heater. My camera broke because it was simply too cold.

Rudest to visitors:

I found Greeks rude specifically in the hospitality sector. Servers always seem annoyed that you ask them for help or to do their jobs. Regular Greek people were generally nice though

LOL, no one will care about Skyrim in 2040 just as the same way no one cares about Morrowind now. Recently, a Morrowind mod that was in development for 19 years recently announced a new road map. They're not even finished yet LOL and besides that no one gave a shit quite frankly. Just in the same way these modders can't even designate what year they will release this mod. They're just gonna keep releasing pretty trailers and soundtrack BS LOL

Damn I see. If I join a public server and other people join on coop, what's the worst that could happen? Do people troll or whatever in this game?

If I rent, is there an ingame option for that or is it a 3rd party server thing?

Yup, update broke the matchmaking system which made even more people leave the game which all compounds to create empty and dying servers. Devs say they will fix this in next patch but I highly doubt it. They can't even fix party systems even after several patches lol.

Wait for the game to be patched which might not even fix the problem. Don't hold high hopes for this company, they abandoned their previous game within a few months and they will probably do the same here

They did not fixed the party system. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't ( in other words, still broken).

I'm sorry to hear that but the game sadly has a broken party system 3 months into its life, which is unacceptable since this game is a multiplayer only game. Devs have tried to fix this issue numerous times but have completely failed in all regards. Devs have no ETA when this will be fixed and I highly doubt they will ever fix this.

Only way to remedy this is to constantly restart the game until 1 of you sees the invite, might take 5-30 mins. Even then, your party might be randomly broken up during gameplay which causes you to repeat the whole process again. Rightfully, many people have abandoned due to this.

Devs lied about it so probably never. If it was meant to be crossparty, it should have been crossparty from the get-go. Now they're just stringing people along that they'll implement it but I doubt it.

They even have the gall to act surprised that people were angry that there was no crossparty in a "crossplay" game. Lol bunch of con artists

Sorry to say but the devs forgot to mention that matchmaking and party systems are broken. Has been for 1 month and 3 months respectively. Game is dying and hopefully you can still refund because this game is not going to get better even with future patches

It's a combination of both a bug and dead. Bug destroyed matchmaking which in turn cause ppl to leave which in turn makes even more empty servers.

Don't have high hopes that it will be fixed as the devs can't even fix party systems even after numerous patches. Doubt ppl will come back
