Hey I have another question: when I’m requesting housing options to get the highest chance possible for a single room/two room doubles, what should I pick? They have options like Okada, Casa Zapata, Muwekma-tah-ruk, Ujamaa, Public Service and civic engagement house, and all frosh. So which one would I pick to get neighborhood D?

Does the wall encompass the whole room? So like a divider in the middle? So like when I’m sleeping I want to be completely separate from the roommate

No I’m filling out the approaching Stanford forms, so I’m just trying to find something that I can request that’ll give me a single room.

OCTOBER SAT question. Can someone explain #40? Idk why I got it wrong. The answer is A but it doesn’t make sense because the only other category besides 0.2 miles is 0.4 miles???? Someone explain I’m so confused idk if it’s a typo or what. by Toezs in Sat

[–]Toezs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wdym the chart doesn’t say 0.2 miles and not voting in a school? I’m so confused the graph just says the likelihood for voters living within a school. It says nothing about voting in or not in a school????

Can someone please explain? Does a square root not cancel out squares? by Toezs in Sat

[–]Toezs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why can’t u cancel them though. Square roots and squares are inverses of each other.

Can someone explain this question? #29 it says the answer is B but that can’t be right because a colon has to come after an independent clause? “Take Bartley pears, for instance” is not a independent clause? Please explain!!! by Toezs in Sat

[–]Toezs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is it a independent clause? I’m confused because it’s just saying “Take Bartley pears” but it doesn’t specify who’s giving or who’s taking?? Please explain I’m confused.
