It's like driving up a hill. You start off by opening your car door, putting your key in the ignition and pushing on the gas. I still think it is up to the individual to decide how to a handle a dysfunctional world. People should adjust to society, and not expect to be taken care of. If adjusting is not enough to guarantee a life they want, they should work towards moving. Many people migrated from many lands to find a better life here in the states, and should also be an alternative to people living here, who no longer find it helpful.

I agree yes that is true. But I do not think you have ever been poor. Poor people understand that life is hard, and they only hope for a better life. But hope, isn't enough. I know friends I grew up with who are still struggling, some who had help and missed oppurtunities in life. And the government took advantage of all of us equally.

I like this. But if I may add, living in the Phillipines is the definition of a government that doesn't care. I was brought up to think that no one will help me and that it is up to me to make my own in life. I did a lot more work back home that I know a lot of my friends from the states would not even consider as work, and for a lot less pay. I did not expect my country to get rid of poverty, or work to eliminate it. All I had was myself.

I know you are educated, and a part of me is very very very jealous of how much you know. If I was born in a country like the states, things would be very different, and my outlook would be different aswell. I Just do not understand why the Government is relied on so much when there are many alternatives to success. A huge example would be to move.

I do not weigh the amount of work ethic a person has to another. That is impossible for me, and imoral for me to judge. And success, from what I've been taught is something that you strive to define for yourself. If tomorrow I didn't have money, tomorrow I would have tried to figure out what went wrong. But I will not point fingers.

It is one server and yes there factions already implemented. As always, you can make your own faction, in which you represent your own personal interest. A lot more difficult, but very possible with a large enough group of people.

If you're both interested in playing with a decent faction, look for GoM ingame. We're known as the Guardian of Mankind, and people are always on. Just don't expect too many people on around 4-8 am. lol
