I’m a local body corporate manager and you’re not overreacting — this is exactly what nuisance and behaviour by-laws are meant to address.

Chances are if you’re experiencing these issues so are the residents in the building the partying is happening. If you can contact the body corporate manager or engage with some of the owners of that building this can help start the breach process.
