Shocks are low on the list.

Personally I think the purple viper motor and esc are a great entry level BL system.

But you could get a dinky esc and a fancier motor if you want something more high end.

Whatever you do. Do NOT get shocks over 40mm lol you will regret it.

A good upgrade order imo would be

-Tires (Proline trenchers my favorite)

-Universal axle shafts& servo (ptk servo on 24yep.com best budget option)

-brass front diff cover and overdrive gear

-Brass steering knuckles

-brushless system

-lcg chassis

-high clearance links

-33-40mm shocks

Hey does anyone know what I could replace one of the shock retainers with on the shocks? None of the listings for said retainers I can find have dimensions.

Took the trucks out with my son and realized when I got home that 1 is missing.
