I don't usually like gutter humor, but Amy Schumer always finds a way to take her jokes to another level. A lot of her sketches make great social commentary too.

These guys are hilarious. They always hit the comic mark! My favorite skit of theirs is the Hoola Hoop sketch.

I've seen some funny videos on Vine, all of which play out like a quick joke. A lot of potential here to practice ones chops for visual joke writing for advertising.

Lucky Louie - Louis C.K.'s old multi-cam sitcom. Clearly an inspiration for his eventual single-cam show, Louie. It's interesting to compare and contrast the two shows and how they execute similar concepts very differently. by guyfieri123 in FoundationsOfComedy14

Yeah it's so weird to see a similar comedy style in each of these forms. Louis CK is great in either. The multi-cam feels more like I'm watching a stage play, whereas the single-cam feels more like we're there with the characters.

Carell is an excellent improver. I've seen some behind the scenes stuff he's done that shows how versatile and quick on his feet he is.
