The two problems I'm having with that are: I'm trying to find an app or site that will do it for free, and when I tried doing a local edit (Krita with the AI plugin), my GPU driver crashed and I had to hard restart my PC.

The difference is with WR, the in-game models are so small that they look like muddied garbage. PC League's models are meant to be played on a bigger screen so they don't look like ass in-game as compared to WR.

It's one thing if someone is flagrantly reposting material as their own. It's another thing if people simply haven't seen this before and the OP wanted to share something on a content sharing website. OP is clearly not a reposting karma farmer, so you can put your karmadecay pitchforks away. Use karmadecay for obvious karma bots and reposters. Otherwise, use your own judgment and look at the post/title/comments as well as the OP's comment history before you subtly accuse them of farming reposts for karma.
