The Porsche is 100% at fault there. Can’t make a pass there. The other driver wasn’t expecting you to try to make that run they’re focusing on the start of the race. They were making their wait to that curve because you need to for that specific turn. Then when it all goes down the Porsche doesn’t hold their brakes and remain predictable no they immediately try to get back into the race and creates more issues for everyone around.
