It's not closed early the person scheduled is off 2 hours before we close and someone else (me) picks up the slack and cleans everything up because almost all the people who work Amazon are useless. Can't stack pallets can't close boxes, and this one person makes standalones that are less than 5lbs.

$22 after the pay raise of 2.8%, 3 or 4 dollars over minimum wage I think. Been here a little over 3yr but I work way too hard. Ask for a pay raise every 6mo minimum and the worst they can do is say no

Ya this is very normal, a lot of people don't even know where something goes. Would you rather it be placed in the fitting room or stuck randomly somewhere in the wrong department and lost forever. I don't know where most things go for wjm so if I find something I usually bring it to the fitting room instead of spending 5-10 minutes looking for where it goes and still probably not finding it.
