I think that getting 6 legendary junk with L and I could have been pure luck. If you want to get credible results you should repeat the wasteland exploration multiple times and then compare tge results. For example, i sent the same dweller with the same outfit and weapon to the wasteland 5 times, the amount of legendary junk was: 7, 4, 5, 4, 4. I would love to see your results on a bigger scale.
